To start the diagnostic, please send:
1. A short overview of the business: what it does, how many people, your role.
2. The three things that frustrate you most about how it runs today.
3. Your current org chart or a list of who does what, however informal.
4. Any numbers you already track weekly or monthly.
5. Up to 30 pages of supporting material: process notes, plans, dashboards, job descriptions. Rough is fine.
6. Who will attend the 75-minute session and their roles.
7. Three possible times in the next five working days, with your time zone.
