What you get with this Offer
Employers are expected to take proactive steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. This means having a policy alone may not be enough – businesses need to consider their risks, reporting arrangements, manager responsibilities, training and the evidence they retain.
I am an HR professional with over 20 years' UK HR and compliance experience, including senior HR leadership, employee relations, policy development and supporting businesses through changes in employment legislation.
For this fixed-price review, I will look at the arrangements you currently have in place and provide clear, practical recommendations on any areas that may need strengthening.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To complete your review, I'll ask you to provide your current bullying and harassment policy and any related HR policies, risk assessments or training materials you currently use.
I'll also send you a short questionnaire covering your workforce, working environment, customer/third-party contact, reporting arrangements, training and how policies are communicated.
Don't worry if you don't currently have all of these in place. Part of the review is identifying what's missing and what action may be appropriate for your business.
Please don't send identifiable employee information or individual case files unless we have specifically agreed that these are required.
