Review your legal issue and provide a written triage assessment
- Views 1
What you get with this Offer
This fixed-fee Legal Triage service is designed to give you a focused initial assessment before you commit to more extensive legal work.
For £130, I will review one defined legal issue together with your key supporting information and documents, and provide a written triage assessment covering:
• the key legal and practical issues identified
• the principal risks or areas of concern
• important evidence, documents or information that may be missing
• the realistic options available to you
• my recommended next steps
• whether further legal work appears necessary or proportionate
The standard offer includes review of up to 20 pages of relevant supporting documents. If the matter is unusually complex, involves multiple separate issues or requires a substantially larger document review, I will let you know before carrying out any additional work.
Delivery is within 24 hours of receiving the information and documents reasonably required to complete the review.
This is a triage assessment rather than unlimited correspondence, formal representation, conduct of litigation or a full written legal opinion. Any further work is entirely optional and will be scoped and quoted separately.
This service is primarily intended for matters governed by the law of England and Wales. If your matter concerns another jurisdiction, please contact me before purchasing.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Please provide:
• a brief summary of the issue and the outcome you are hoping to achieve;
• the country/jurisdiction concerned;
• the names of the principal people, businesses or organisations involved, so that any necessary conflict checks can be carried out;
• any important dates or deadlines;
• the specific questions you would like the assessment to address; and
• up to 20 pages of the most relevant documents or correspondence.
Please send the key documents rather than an entire file or correspondence history. If more extensive document review appears necessary, I will let you know before any additional work is undertaken.
The 24-hour delivery period begins once I have received the information and documents reasonably required to carry out the assessment.
