I will review your existing Excel data to assess its quality, structure and readiness for analysis. The review will identify any gaps, inconsistencies or inefficiencies and highlight where enhancements could help you get more meaningful insights from your data.
WHAT YOU WILL GET
-> An initial assessment of one Excel workbook (up to 90 minutes, including preparation of the findings).
-> Identification of data-quality and structural issues, where applicable.
-> An assessment of your data's readiness for analysis and reporting.
-> Your Excel workbook with an additional worksheet containing a brief findings summary and recommendations for improvement.
PLEASE NOTE
-> For larger or more complex datasets, a representative sample will be selected for review to ensure the assessment remains within the allocated 90 minutes.
-> The assessment does not include data cleansing, restructuring, automation or dashboard development. These services can be quoted separately based on the findings.
-> Delivery within 3 working days of purchase, subject to receiving the workbook and requirements promptly.
-> I use AI-assisted tools where appropriate. Client data will not be shared with external AI platforms without prior consent.
-> I am happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving the workbook.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
A copy of the Excel workbook (.xlsx or .xlsm) with a worksheet named Review Brief inserted as the first tab, containing:
-> Workbook Purpose: 1–2 words, e.g. Tracking, Reconciliation, Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, Analysis or Record-keeping.
-> Any specific issues to be prioritised (optional).
The workbook must be submitted through PeoplePerHour WorkStream.
