Make your app a success! I'll give you insight into how your customers experience your app and how you can make it better for them. I offer to fully review your app with quick user experience testing (UX) and provide you with my findings and a video debrief.

About me and my method:
I am an experienced app tester, product owner, and project team lead and my passion is for learning and communication! I am very detail oriented and have a lighthearted, kind approach. As a tester, I play my favorite game: "try to break the app." I believe that every time I "break it" and provide top quality feedback, it makes the app better, and if I can't "break it" then it's ready for release! All work is strictly confidential.

Feedback format:
I am quick to learn new software, so if you have a favorite testing feedback platform then let me know and we'll use that! Currently, I am most familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, Trello, JIRA, and Asana. If you have no preference, then I will use Excel.
