Review/phone screen applicants

For £175, I will review up to 20 applications supplied by you, assess them against your agreed requirements, and telephone-screen those who meet the criteria. Screening covers relevant experience, interest in the role, salary expectations, availability and practical suitability. You will receive a shortlist of suitable, screened candidates with written notes, alongside a tracker showing application outcomes and anyone who could not be reached. Delivery is within five working days of receiving this candidates information, with unresponsive candidates noted in the tracker. Advertising, candidate sourcing, reference checks and final interviews are not included. The number shortlisted depends on candidate suitability and availability; a hire is not guaranteed.
