2. Explain who does the work, the tools used and the decision you want this review to support.
3. Supply up to two short, anonymised examples or a written walkthrough that you are authorised to share. An example can be a report template, process outline or set of screenshots, with no live credentials or sensitive personal information.
4. Give your availability for a 30-minute discovery conversation and a 30-minute findings conversation, arranged through the WorkStream.
5. Note any organisational AI rules, tool restrictions and practical constraints that affect the recommendations.
