What you get with this Offer
My hourlie is designed to provide you a one-stop solution for legal contract. Have a business critical contract that needs to be signed but you are unsure of what the penalties or terms may imply years down the line? Need specific clauses worded into your contract to produce favourable terms? Or do you have any other legal document you want reviewed?
I offer a flexible service in that the initial price quoted will cover the review of a legal document (5 pages or less). I will charge a further £5 per each additional page. My review will feature a contract clauses summary - highlighting and breaking down key clauses, drawing out obligations and liabilities, and highlighting your exit liabilities (in the event you wish to terminate the agreement down the line).
For example, if you have a 35 page distributor agreement, I will charge a total of £230 for this service.
I can additionally offer a clause drafting service tailored around your specific need and all drafted work will be bespoke; this is not the same as buying a run-of-the-mill automatically generated generic contract you will be able to buy on the internet for a similar price.
Please note: This service is not to be construed as providing legal advice and carries a disclaimer accordingly. While I am acting as a legal consultant highlighting what existing documents say, I am not acting in any capacity as your Solicitor.

London, United KingdomZo provided our agreement with some comments and questions. Although most of them were quite unclear and, most importantly, didn't provide any suggestions or solutions, which made me and my colleagues question what we paid for and why we waited for almost a week. In the end, we had to do all the work on our own, as the solicitor refused to give any text suggestions or legally correct phrases. On the contrary, he offered another service for this purpose that cost much more and would take even more time.

Hi Alexandra, I am disappointed to see this feedback. Had you advised me of your concerns prior to leaving this feedback, I would definitely have sought to assist further. Regardless, the service makes clear that the Offer is for a review of contract, and I provided very detailed advice as to the issues with the document and some of the dangers it presented, such that you expressed satisfaction. Redrafting the document, which is a time intensive task, is not included and this is made clear in the offer wording. I am disappointed you assumed this would be the case and left feedback on the basis of something that was not part of the offer being purchased - which is not a genuine reflection of the service.
