PLEASE NOTE: This offer is only for Leases of under 10 years.
I won’t be liaising directly with third parties such as the Landlord or their Legal Representatives. If you require a more comprehensive service - including negotiation or direct communication with the Landlord or their Solicitor, this can be arranged for an additional fee, as outlined below.
Should your Lease include a Rent Deposit Deed, a separate fee will apply for its review, also detailed below.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I will need a copy of the documents and any Heads of Terms that need to be reviewed.
Selection and payment of the correct fee as shown in the tables is essential. I reserve the right to refuse any assignment, which does not carry the correct payment level.
Important Note:
This service does not cover registration of any lease with HM Land Registry, or the preparation/ swearing of statutory declarations under section 38A(3)(b) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. You will need this to be done separately by a local Solicitor or Notary Public. The usual fee charged for a Stat Dec is between £5 and £15.
