What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I need root level access of the server. If its linux server I need ssh access, if its windows RDP administrator level access to windows server is needed.
You have to update me if you are using remote MX or local MX to sent mails
I will check MX record, mail queue, mail log and analyze each entry in detail and will apply proper fix.
