Report writing tutorial that gets the required point(s) across

For a fixed price I can provide a full overview, with examples, of how to produce a good quality management report. I will help your business improve it's management reporting by focusing on the structure and content of the report around 5 key areas.

This can be done over hour for a 1-2-1 instructional session (#1), or per day for wider issues where I will request some examples of current or previous reports to be shared with me (#2), or I can quote bespoke dependant on the level of the request; please contact me for a no obligation quote.

#1) the fixed price hour long session will:

✔ Assess your current report writing, or
✔ Provide instructional support from scratch for beginners,
✔ Provide examples of full reports with instructional guidance,
✔ Provide specific examples per step with instructional guidance,
✔ Provide feedback on any gaps, disadvantages or errors to your current reporting,
✔ Provide a .docx example file with some guidance.



#2) the full day session will:

✔ Review your example report(s) in depth prior to a 1-2-1 meeting,
✔ Determine where any failings may be and discuss them with you,
✔ Provide clear examples of reference documents and best practices to aid improvements,
✔ Provide a roadmap to implement these changes in a sensible and achievable sequence,
✔ Provide feedback on any gaps, disadvantages or errors to your current reporting,
✔ Provide a tailored .docx file with some guidance.


This will come in a professional report to your requirements; usually 1-2 pages. I can build a more detailed report as an extra service for £100: see below.
