Render contemporary realistic 3D visual of a building exterior

Realistic render of the 3d perspective. Our style always guarantee that all the render supporting element does not visually compete with the design of the building / architecture and/or its interior. We guarantee 2 days per view, with additional one per revision (max. 3 times).

So, the process starts with:
1. After accepting this hourly, we will need all the based document for a 3d model, can be in the already 3d model, architectural drawings, or a simple hand drawn sketches.
2. Within the first day after receiving the based document, We will give you the draft render of the model, a simple perspective view, and then, We will need your decision regarding the draft render, so that I can finalize the project.
3. Pre-Final product is delivered the second day. If it is satisfying enough, then We will consider the job done, we can send you all the material we have been working for, including the .psd file, 3d .skp model, and of course; the final .jpg rendering. If it needs revision, you can ask for maximum 2-times revision. We require 24-hour interval in between each revision.

PS: For our style, we like to avoid over-use of vegetation and landscape elements, since we believe that in any render, the building and design component should stand out the most.
