What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To begin the malware cleanup, please provide:
1. WordPress administrator access
2. Hosting, cPanel, Plesk or FTP/SFTP access
3. Website URL
4. Details of the problems you have noticed
5. Screenshots of any malware or browser warnings
6. Google Search Console access if a security warning is displayed
7. Confirmation of how many websites use the same hosting account
8. Details of any recent website changes or plugin installations
9. Any malware report supplied by the hosting provider
10. Confirmation that a current backup is available, if applicable
The delivery period begins after the required access has been received and verified.
