I had a project with a deadline in 3 days. Victor initially delivered quickly and with good quality. However he made two errors in the script, and corrections never came in time... So we had to cut his words in post production so it didn't sound strange...
But I think the quality of the voice work itself is good and professional.

The job was not completed but he raised invoice with the first draft was continuously asking for money trying to charge more money in one single job he was away for 3 days when I was running out of time.

You received what you ordered. You had mistakes on the script, it is clearly mentioned, that the script needs to be submitted exactly as you want it or it is an automatic re read fee. I expect the scripts are as they need to be by the time they get to me, I expect that you took some time and proofread them and listened to a sample of the voice on the hourlie page. I did what I was hired to do, and in good faith sent it to you and offered a discount on my fee. Mistake on my part there.
