ReAct Agent With Code Execution — Programming Reasoning Agent

I will build a ReAct agent with secure code execution capability — enabling the agent to reason through complex problems by writing and executing Python code as one of its available tools, with sandboxed execution preventing destructive operations and output capture for the next reasoning step. Code execution fundamentally expands what a ReAct agent can accomplish — complex calculations, data transformation, API responses that require programmatic parsing, and graph generation all become available as tools when the agent can write and execute code to implement any operation it needs rather than being limited to pre-defined tool schemas.

The build covers sandboxed Python execution environment, code generation and execution tool integration, output capture and error handling, safety constraints preventing filesystem and network access within the sandbox, and iterative debugging support when generated code fails on first execution.
