What the Freelancer needs to start the work
- I will need your Planning Application Drawings along with a list of your functional requirements and materials to get started on your Building Regulations Pack.
- I will also need to see the Planning Consent letter (if you have one) from your Local Planning Authority which includes planning conditions - these are essential in producing the drawings if they are available (i.e. not relevant for Permitted Development Applications)
