Access to your live chat and/or email support platform (login or an invite as a team member/agent), a brief on your products or services so I can answer accurately, your tone of voice or brand guidelines if you have them, and answers to any common questions or issues customers usually raise. If you have existing FAQ docs, macros, or a knowledge base, sharing those upfront speeds up onboarding.
