- Design & Development:
Developing the most important parts of the project: Interior Layouts, Exterior Elevations, Room Sizes, Selecting Materials, Fixtures, Finishes, and more.
- Construction Drawings, City Passing Drawings & Documents:
Will deliver a complete set of drawings & specifications which can be submitted for City Passing; Later can be used to get pricing/estimation of the project, also given to contractors to begin construction. The set will include - site plans, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), elevations, sections, building details, mechanical, electrical & plumbing drawings (MEP), etc.
- Cost Estimation/Budgeting:
Will help you determine the cost of materials for the entire project, quantity of utility components & more.
- Construction Project Management:
Will provide full-support answering all the queries/providing all the information needed by the contractors for the entire construction duration. Will help in verifying whether fixtures/materials are correct, help in modifying construction drawings for any unforeseen difficulties on site.
