For this offer, I will hold an hour-long phone call using my knowledge and experience of software development to get to know your software project plans and review the requirements needed for a well-planned implementation when it comes to your deployment. I will advise from a technical perspective on the opportunity for the development of a new system! I will advise based on your position or requirement.
