I will need an explanation of what you need assistance with in as much detail as possible, but don't worry if your not sure what details to give I can speak to you on the phone to find out.

I would also require at least a phone number for you so we can talk on the phone, things tend to be a lot easier to understand on the phone rather than through messages!
