What the Freelancer needs to start the work
FIve days is the max delivery time for this service. It is often much sooner than that, depending on my workflow. You should also be aware of. any timeframes regarding the Auction upcoming date.
I require a copy of the Legal Pack, the URL link to the Agent's website, plus if you have any specific concerns or questions in mind, it would be helpful to receive a list of these.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE: This fee is for ONE property, not for buildings that contain multiple separate properties or flats within them. if additional sub-divisions are involved, please contact me first to receive a custom quote.
