I can professionally edit, proofread or rewrite 1,000 words of anything you require, from CVs and covering letters to technical documents, blog posts, presentations, memoirs and even your novel (my rates are negotiable for longer projects).

I have experience in an extremely wide range of subjects. You can be confident that I will maintain your original voice and tone, and that I will respect your creative vision.

I will track all of my changes and if you want me to I can provide comments regarding readability, tone, use of appropriate language as required. I can work in Word, Google Docs and even HTML text files.

All text is edited in standard UK/British English. However I can work with your company's house style if this is different. Please contact me before purchase to discuss your needs.

I can edit more than 1,000 words for you at a time - please buy additional chunks below, or contact me to ask for a quote for your whole project. I offer standard hourly rates of £35 per hour (approx. 2,000 words) for larger projects, dropping to £32 per hour after the first 12,500 words.


MY CODE OF ETHICS

Some kinds of work are by their nature outside my ethical code. As a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP), I will not:
* Provide content editing on university or school assignments, though I will happily proofread to check for spelling mistakes and grammar.
* Edit materials that are clearly intended to be deceptive or fraudulent or that appear to be intended to support illegal activities.
* Rewrite material that does not belong to you in order to avoid plagiarism software. All content provided must be copyright of the person providing it, or they must have permission to use it from the copyright owner.

Any such approaches will be rejected and the user reported to PPH for violations of PPH's own policies.
