Production RAG Platform — Monitoring, Feedback & Improvement

I will build a production-grade RAG platform with continuous improvement infrastructure — covering retrieval and generation quality monitoring via LangSmith or equivalent, user feedback collection integrated into the response interface, an analytics dashboard tracking retrieval precision and satisfaction over time, and an automated pipeline for incorporating new documents and feedback signals. A RAG system deployed to production without monitoring is operating blind — you cannot see which queries are failing, which documents are under-retrieved, or whether quality is improving or declining over time; this infrastructure makes your RAG system a continuously improving asset rather than a static deployment.

The platform covers end-to-end tracing, user feedback collection, quality trend analytics, document update pipeline, a failure pattern analysis dashboard, and a weekly quality report summarising issues for your team's review.
