What you get with this Offer
I'll produce a full set of drawings for your UK planning permission or building regulations submission — existing and proposed floor plans, elevations, and site/block plans, drawn to scale in line with local council requirements. Covers extensions, loft conversions, and small residential projects. Drawings are prepared to a submission-ready standard; where a project needs a Building Notice sign-off or structural calculations, I'll flag that and can bring in a qualified engineer to stamp the structural side. I don't personally hold a UK architect's registration, so this is a drafting/design service, not a RIBA-chartered architect's stamp.
