What you get with this Offer
I'll produce structural layout drawings — beam and column layout, load paths, framing plans, and foundation layout — based on the architectural plans you provide. This is a design/drafting service that prepares the structural drawings to a stage ready for a licensed structural engineer's review and stamp (required for permit submission in the UK, US, and most other jurisdictions). I regularly coordinate directly with a licensed PE on structural packages, so I can either hand back stamp-ready drawings to your engineer or help source one if you don't have one yet.
