What you get with this Offer
I can provide a layout for a restaurant of 1 level, maximum 300sqm, within 3 days, which will be produced in AutoCAD, to scale and will have a layout of the following:
- Furniture layout (please send information on furniture type and desired covers)
- Basic layout of where bar/counters & waiter stations will go (please give me information on what size these need to be etc)
- Will show wc/kitchen/pot wash/staff areas etc if required. (if you require this, please give me some information on space required for kitchen, staff areas etc and wc's)
I will need a plan with dimensions to use to work up the layout and some direction from you on what you need, want and require from the layout.
Please message me so that we can work together to discuss your proposal and look at the best solution for what you require.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I will need a copy of dimensioned or to scale plan to work from in AutoCAD. I will also need some direction from you on what you require in terms of layout, covers amount, required space/length for counters etc and furniture type. Direction on what type of staff facilities, kitchen area you require would be good. Any information on existing layout or drainage points within the space would be beneficial to ensure wc's, kitchen etc are located to suit these.
