What you get with this Offer
I can provide a layout for a residential dwelling, maximum 4 bedroom, maximum 2 floors, which will be produced in AutoCAD, to scale and will have a layout of the following. I can add in some indicative furniture such as kitchen, sofa, beds etc but more detail will incur additional fees.
I will need a plan with dimensions to use to work up the layout and some direction from you on what you need, want and require from the layout.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
I require a dimensioned plan of some kind, this could be a sketch of the house with some key dimensions or an estate agents plan. I need an idea of what you would like and require from the plan (a change to the kitchen, an extension, a knock through etc).
