What the Freelancer needs to start the work

1. A finalized script
2. The type of use (Broadcast or Non-Broadcast)*
3. The audio-file format (.mp3, .wav., etc.)
4. The voice-over's duration of use (for example: 13 weeks, 1 year, in perpetuity)*
