Imagine your average layman customer logging on to an online smartphone dealer and, rather than seeing a photograph of a smartphone, he sees black and white technical drawings that mean absolutely nothing to him.
What do you think would be his first reaction?
Enthusiasm! He drools over the technical drawings and... lines... shown to him. He instantly falls in love and the smartphone manufacturer has a customer for life!
Confused. He is simply unable to picture in his own mind what the smartphone will look like in reality. Frustrated, he gives up trying, closes his browser and watches Netflix instead. The manufacturer loses a sale.
I bet it'll be number 2.
Same thing when selling new homes off-plan. If the building does not yet exist, you still need something to show your customers - and your CAD plans, no matter how detailed, aren't going to help sell the property for you.
3D renderings can show your buyers what your house will look like before it is built, reducing perception of risk for the customer and likely resulting in an early sale!

What the Seller needs to start the work
Please supply me with AutoCAD plans, showing the floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, front, rear and side views of the project you would like built and rendered in 3D.
Please also provide information about the materials used in the project. If possible, it would be ideal if you could provide jpeg samples of these materials that can be used as textures if you have them.
Please also specify the camera angles you wish to view the project from (please mark it on the AutoCAD/PDF plans).
