2. The company's accounting period and year-end date.
3. Complete bookkeeping records for the accounting period.
4. Bank and credit card statements, where applicable.
5. Sales invoices and income records.
6. Purchase invoices, bills and receipts.
7. Details of fixed assets purchased or disposed of during the year.
8. Details of loans and finance agreements, where applicable.
9. Director's Loan Account information, where applicable.
10. Payroll records and relevant year-end payroll information.
11. Previous year accounts and Corporation Tax return, where applicable.
12. Details of dividends declared or paid, where applicable.
13. Any relevant tax or accounting adjustments.
14. Details of unusual or significant transactions.
15. Any specific accounting or tax instructions.
