Prepare planning drawings for your extension

I will meet with you to develop your design for an home extension and prepare a full set of drawings required for planning.

This will include
1) Location and Site Plan
2) Floor and Roof Plan
3) Typical Section
4) Elevations
5) Street Elevation (if required)

plus any other drawings etc. required by your council.

I will also liase with your council planning office regarding any issues/requirements they may have to maximise the chance of a first time acceptance.

For an additional £350 I will prepare and submit a full planning application including a design and access statement and simple a 3d massing model if required.
