What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To begin preparing your accounts, please provide:
1. Bank statements
PDF or CSV format for the period you want me to work on include all business accounts (or tell me which one to start with)
2. Income records
Sales invoices, sales reports, payment summaries. Any spreadsheets or software exports you use
3. Expense records
Receipts, Supplier invoices, Expense spreadsheets, Mileage logs (if applicable)
4. Access to your bookkeeping system (if you use one)
Xero / QuickBooks / FreeAgent / Excel
Or simply upload your files if you don’t use software
5. Any accountant notes or queries
