Within 2 days I shall deliver a detailed space plan of the client's plot or premise as per the requirement put forth including furniture, sanitary blocks, MEP/coordinated services etc; be it commercial/residential/hospitality/educational.
The price is inclusive of only one revision and cost of further revisions shall be mutually decided during work execution.
The price is for space planning in a .dwg layout already sent by the client. If it's a sketch with dimensions that needs to be drafted by me; the cost of the same shall be extra and again the same shall be mutually agreed before work commencement.
What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Detailed and accurate measurements, shape and profile of the plot/premise/space.
List of detailed/desired requirements from the given space.
Preferable would be a .dwg file of the area under consideration or a proportionate sketch of the same.
