This offer includes the architectural drawings needed for you to make a successful planning application submission to your local council for your new small home renovation project.

What's not included:

- Existing survey AutoCAD file drawings (plans, elevations and section). You are to provide CAD files of the existing scheme and we will use these with no checks or additional action - we cannot be held liable for the accuracy of the existing plans.
- This package is for architectural planning drawings only. If project is located in a Conservation Area or is for a Listed Building, which could fall subject to additional material being provided to form part of the overall package (Design & Access Statement, Heritage Statements, schedule of works, method statements, and a photographic survey etc.), these would need to be undertaken by others or covered in my optional add-ons.
