Orchestration Observability — Multi-Agent Execution Visibility

I will implement comprehensive observability for your agent orchestration system — covering distributed tracing across all agent nodes, token usage and cost tracking per agent, latency profiling at each orchestration step, error rate monitoring by agent and task type, and an interactive trace viewer enabling your team to inspect any agent execution step-by-step. Orchestration observability is essential for debugging non-deterministic multi-agent systems — when a multi-agent workflow produces unexpected output, a full execution trace showing every agent's input, reasoning, tool calls, and output at each step is the only reliable way to identify where the workflow diverged from expected behaviour.

The implementation covers OpenTelemetry instrumentation across all orchestration nodes, LangSmith or a custom trace storage backend, a per-agent token and cost attribution, a latency profile per orchestration step, error rate dashboards, and an interactive trace viewer.
