How it Works:
Following funds being placed on deposit in PPH Escrow we request you send us your preferred contact telephone no, your email address (for your booking confirmation and details of how to change your booking) and your availability.
We will book you in at a mutually convenient date and time for your consultation. You will be sent an email confirmation of your booking and a calendar invitation to add to your calendar if you wish to.
On the date and time of your booked consultation, our family team will call you on the number you have provided. You can request your consultation be via MsTeams if you prefer.
This won't be a sales call, your advisor won't push any extra services and they won't know you came to us via PPH so you'll be treated exactly the same as any client paying full price. No sales speak, no pressure and we guarantee you will walk away with a clear understanding of your situation, your options with a few ideas for a way forward.
Your booking confirmation will include details of how to change your booking if things change and you can't make it. It will also include details as to how to send us any paperwork you want us to read before your consultation so you can spend less time explaining your situation and more time getting meaningful help.
England and Wales clients only. We are available for consultations 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday. We are able to offer evening and weekend bookings for an additional fee and priority next-day consultations.
What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Once you have placed funds into PPH Escrow please:-
1. Send us a message briefly describing the area of family law you need help with (i.e. divorce, child arrangements etc) so that we can ensure your booking is with the right person;
2. Send us your phone number so we can ring you;
3. Send us your email address so our system can send you your booking confirmation, calendar invitation and details of how to change/rearrange your booking.
4. Send us details of your availability over the next 3 working days (we are open 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday) . The more options you can give us the more likely we will be able to find availability. If you need to go further ahead than 3 days feel free to do so. It is helpful if this can be a time you can be alone so as to allow for confidential discussions without other distractions.
5. We will book you in for the first time we have available. You'll receive confirmation of your booking by email. If we don't have availability we will contact you to make arrangements.
