What the Freelancer needs to start the work

n8n Account: You'll need your own n8n Cloud subscription to host the workflow — Starter plan ($20/mo, 2.5k executions) is enough for most businesses. Self-hosted n8n also works if you have a server (no monthly fee).

Voice AI Platform: A Vapi AI or Retell AI account (usage-based billing, free trial available).

Phone Provider: A Twilio account with an active phone number.

Business Info: Your business type, target audience, and a call script/FAQ (I can help write one if needed). Let me know if you need inbound calls, outbound calls, or both — and the main goal (lead qualification, appointment booking, support, etc.).

Integrations (if needed): CRM login (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.) and Google Calendar access.

Note: n8n, Vapi/Retell, and Twilio costs are billed separately by those platforms based on usage — not included in my service fee.
