Multi-Source Webhook Hub — Process Multiple Providers

I will build a webhook hub that receives and routes events from multiple webhook sources — normalising different providers' payload formats into a standard internal event schema, routing to the appropriate processor per event type, and providing a single monitoring point for all incoming webhook traffic. Managing webhook endpoints independently for each provider (Stripe, GitHub, HubSpot, Twilio, etc.) produces a fragmented integration landscape — each with its own signature verification logic, its own monitoring, and its own retry handling — that a centralised hub standardises, reducing maintenance overhead and providing unified visibility across all event sources.

The hub covers per-provider signature verification, payload normalisation to a standard internal schema, event type routing to appropriate processors, dead letter queue for unprocessable events, and a unified monitoring dashboard showing volume and error rates across all providers.
