What you get with this Offer
I will provide complete bookkeeping and accounting services at this hourlie for an average and standard size business.
The usual process will be as follows:
1. A shared folder in Dropbox or Google Drive or any other cloud services will be maintained where you will just put your bills and I will enter those in Xero.
2. I will create invoices as per your instruction and will be sent to clients via mail.
3. Bank and other reconciliation will be carried out regularly.
4. Generation of various reports at the end of month
5. Fixed assets accounting in Xero and subsequent Depreciation will be carried out
6. Entering budgets and prepare variances

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Pre-requisites:
1. Invite me as Administrator (preferable) or standard user in Xero.
2. Sharing bills in the shared folder and refreshing bank feeds and if bank feeds not available then just send me the bank statement either in Excel or CSV or any other supported format.
3.. Respond to my queries/requisitions timely.
