A proper underlying data model - not just pasted data
DAX measures to support your calculations
Layout and usability improvements so it works well in Power BI
Clean structure throughout - sensible naming, organised measures, readable Power Query steps
A brief handover note explaining what's been built and how to maintain it

This covers one dashboard of reasonable complexity. If yours is particularly large or complex I'll tell you before we start and give you options - no surprises.
Not included in this package: multiple dashboard migrations, major data engineering, complex transformations, full governance documentation (available as a separate service)

I'll agree a realistic delivery schedule with you based on the scope of your dashboard. I'll also flag any data quality issues I spot before building on top of them.

- Your existing dashboard (file, link, or screenshots - even a rough version is fine to start)
- Access to the underlying data source (file, database connection, or API details)
- Any specific calculations, KPIs or definitions that must be preserved
- Your preference on approach - close match to the original, or open to improvements where Power BI can do it better
