Move up to five IMAP email mailboxes to Microsoft 365 (Office 365) with planning, setup, migration checks and user guidance.
THE £200 OFFER INCLUDES
- Review of the current provider, mailbox sizes and migration requirements.
- A migration plan and backup/readiness checks.
- Preparation of Microsoft 365 user accounts.
- Migration of email, folders and attachments for up to five mailboxes.
- Mailbox/client configuration, access checks and mail-flow testing.
- Handover guidance and help with migration-related issues.
IMAP transfers email; contacts and calendars need a separate supported export/import method. If you need these moved, tell me where they are stored so I can confirm the method and scope before you buy.
Data is copied rather than deliberately removed from the source during migration. Cutover is coordinated with you to minimise disruption. Weekday and weekend migration windows can be arranged.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
Please send your current email provider, mailbox count and sizes, domain name, and preferred migration dates. Tell me whether you already have Microsoft 365 licences and whether contacts, calendars, shared mailboxes or other data must be moved. I will agree the migration plan and arrange the required source, Microsoft 365 and DNS access securely with you.
