What you get with this Offer
I will migrate one existing dashboard (e.g. from Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Looker, or another BI tool) into a clean, functional Power BI report.
What’s included (for one dashboard):
- Recreating your existing visuals in Power BI (charts, tables, KPIs, slicers)
- Building an appropriate data model to support the dashboard
- Basic DAX measures where needed
- Reasonable layout and usability improvements so the report works well in Power BI
- A tidy structure (clear table names, sensible measures foldering, readable Power Query steps)
What this does not include (unless you add extra hours):
Migrating multiple dashboards (you can add this as an add-on)
Major data engineering / complex transformations
Full governance catalog or formal audit (that’s a separate service)
A complete redesign of your reporting strategy
If your dashboard is unusually complex, I’ll flag this before starting and recommend the right add-on.
Delivery note:
I work evenings alongside my daytime consulting job so 5 days is equivalent to 2 full-time days. I will agree a realistic schedule with you before starting based on scope.
