As I’m new to PeoplePerHour, I’m offering a 50% introductory discount to my first five customers: £50 instead of my intended standard price of £100.
This is a review and written plan only. It does not include system setup, custom software or API work, data migration, a full CRM rebuild, implementation or guaranteed savings. One reasonable revision is included. Delivery starts once I have the information needed to review the process.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
To help me review one process, please answer as many of these as you can:
1. What is the purpose of the process, and what should it achieve?
2. What starts it, and what happens from beginning to end? A rough list of steps is fine.
3. Who is involved, and what apps or tools are used?
4. How often does it happen, and roughly how many cases are there?
5. What is your biggest frustration? Where do delays, errors, rework or chasing happen?
6. What would you most like to improve, and what would a good result look like?
7. If you purchased the optional AI add-on, which AI tools are already used or permitted? Are there any data-handling or human-approval rules I should follow?
A redacted workflow, blank template or sample can help. Please do not send passwords or unredacted personal, financial, tenant, guest, customer or confidential information. If you are unsure, give your best guess or say so. I can help clarify in PeoplePerHour WorkStream.
