What you get with this Hourlie
Finding the right candidate for your business can be time consuming and costly. I offer a Recruitment Outsourcing solution which will support your business in finding the right person for your role. We will advertise your job on a number of sites to attract the right person, we shall then sift through the applications and conduct telephone interviews based on your requirements. We shall then organise interviews with the selected candidates for you to make the final decision.
We will offer a continued update on how many applications have been received and the outcome.
This hourly will not guarantee a placement and may yield poor levels of applications as it will be subject to the market response. We will however always offer any form of guidance on how to improve the process and indeed any other relevant feedback.
We have set 5 days aside for the delivery of this project as we would expect to see results from this point, we may however need to offer slightly longer to conduct all interviews to ensure the best results for you. If this is the case, we shall inform you but will still raise the invoice to keep a positive PPH rating on job delivery.
We are able to manage up to 10 placements for the same job within this hourly if you have a need for large volumes of staff.
We can also manage both permanent or contract staff vacancies.
What the Seller needs to start the work
I will need details on your company and of the role which you are trying to fill, which will include a Person Specification and Job Description. I will need any details of candidates whom you have previously met to ensure no cross over. PLEASE NOTE:- should you require additional stages at interview (ie more than one interview stage - eg personality profiling, group interviews, assessments centres etc) time taken in arranging additional process will be charged additionally at £25 per hour. The hourly purchased covers advertisement, shortlisting and basic interviewing arrangement.
