What you get with this Offer
Your customers will tell a friendly caller things they'd never put in an online form. I'll call 50 of your customers, ask your questions and turn their answers into a clear report.
You'll receive:
- 50 completed feedback calls with your customers by a native UK English caller
- Up to 8 questions per call, using your questions or a set we agree together
- Satisfaction scores (e.g. 1-10 or NPS) recorded for every customer
- Notable quotes captured word for word (named only if the customer agrees)
- Every answer in a Google Sheet, one row per customer
- A summary report: average scores, what customers like, common complaints, and 3-5 suggested next steps
- Unhappy customers flagged straight away so you can put things right

1. Your customer list in Excel/CSV (name, phone, what they bought and when), with at least 100 contacts for 50 completed calls
2. Your questions (up to 8), or order the questionnaire add-on
3. A short description of your business and what you want to learn
4. How you'd like scores recorded (1-10, NPS or 1-5 stars)
5. Anything we should NOT mention, plus any times or days to avoid calling
