What the Freelancer needs to start the work
1. Your Traccar server URL, and an admin or API account I can use
2. At least one device already reporting positions to that server
3. Access to your Flutter project — a GitHub or GitLab invite, or a zip
4. Whether you need iOS, Android, or both
5. A Google Maps API key, or tell me and I'll walk you through creating one
6. Your app's minimum supported iOS and Android versions
