1. Which flow you want first (orders, inventory, fulfillments or customers)
2. Collaborator or staff access to your Shopify store
3. A NetSuite role with access to the relevant records (sandbox preferred for building and testing)
4. Celigo access, if you already use Celigo
5. Any custom fields, subsidiaries, locations or special rules (tax, discounts, bundles) that need to be mapped
