What the Freelancer needs to start the work

To get started, please provide:

Website URL – the site that needs to be cleaned
Hosting/cPanel login (or FTP/SFTP credentials) – so I can access and scan the core files
WordPress admin login (if it's a WordPress site)
A brief description of the issue – e.g. "Google shows a hacked site warning," "site redirects to spam pages," "hosting company flagged malware," or "site is running slow/behaving oddly"
When you first noticed the problem (approximate date helps narrow down the scan and check recent file changes)

Optional but helpful:

Any error messages or screenshots you've seen
Whether your host has already given you a list of infected files
Access to your Google Search Console (if the site is blacklisted and you want that lifted)
