I will design HVAC mechanical drawings for building permit

This offer is for architects, builders and owners who need HVAC mechanical plans prepared in CAD to support their building permit submission. I will produce coordinated HVAC drawings that show ductwork, equipment locations and main routes, aligned with your architectural layout and ready for review by your mechanical engineer and local authority.

Based on your architectural plans and design requirements, I can develop HVAC layouts that typically include supply and return duct routes, diffusers and grilles, equipment positions, simple schematics, legends and general notes appropriate to the scale of the project. Drawings are organised and clearly annotated so your licensed mechanical or MEP engineer can confirm sizing and performance, then approve or stamp them for permit.

Important note: I do not act as the licensed engineer of record and I do not provide the official engineering stamp. My role is to create clean, coordinated HVAC mechanical drawings that form a solid basis for engineering review and building-control approval.
