What you get with this Offer
Whether you need to compare performance, track trends, analyse results or present business data more effectively, I can help you choose suitable charts and create a professional, easy-to-understand visualisation.
This service can include:
- Excel and Google Sheets charts and graphs
- Data visualisation tailored to your requirements
- Pivot charts and interactive slicers, where appropriate
- Monthly, year-to-date and performance comparisons
- Clear labels, annotations and professional formatting
- Company branding and logos, if supplied
I will work with your existing data and discuss any preparation or restructuring needed before starting.
The £40 offer covers up to one hour of work. The number and complexity of charts will depend on your data and requirements. Please contact me before ordering if you need multiple charts, interactive functionality or significant data preparation, so we can agree the scope and cost.
Please provide your data and explain what you want the charts to communicate. If you're unsure which chart types would work best, I can recommend suitable options.
What the Freelancer needs to start the work
1. Please provide your raw data in an Excel workbook or an editable Google Sheets document.
2. Explain what you want to analyse or communicate through the charts, including any questions you want the visualisation to answer.
3. If you have preferred chart types, layouts or examples, please share them. Otherwise, I can recommend suitable visualisations.
4. Please mention any branding requirements, such as company colours or logos.
Please contact me before ordering if you need multiple charts, interactive functionality or significant data preparation, so I can confirm the scope and price.

London, United KingdomPete recently supported us with a set of detailed Excel spreadsheets, and the end result was better than I expected. While the task wasn’t the most technically complex, he produced beautifully presented sheets with clear graphs, helpful annotations, and a polished, professional feel throughout.
The work was completed on time, communication was easy, and he really brought the data to life in a way that made it far more usable and engaging. I’d happily recommend Pete for any spreadsheet or reporting work where clarity, presentation, and reliability matter.

Brian, I always clearly state what my clients get for the price agreed. Should a client misinterpret this, I would work with them to give them what they want, as I offered to do so with you. Misunderstandings happen, we are human and I don't hold that against anyone. All projects relationships are a two way street and requires good collaboration from both parties. On this occasion I have not been met with a willingness to continue the project after providing the first version. You expected 10 to 20 dynamic charts for 4 hours work, that is simply not possible. I stated the price was for a dynamic chart i.e. one. If you had taken the reply to me when I asked you for a specific number of charts you would have had exactly what you asked for. We started off so well and we were so close to giving you what you wanted. I could have used that one chart as a template, we could have been a couple of hours extra funding from completion! I make my projects in a fashion that they are fully scalable in an efficient manner for such instances. You have missed out on having a product you wanted and would have been of huge benefit to your company. I've been freelancing for 6 years almost to the day with an impeccable record both here and independently with my large client base. It's a pity you didn't push forward with this and you felt obliged to leave a neutral review. I can only hope you are more willing to work collaboratively with other freelancers in the future.
All the best,
Pete
